REFUND POLICY

Tools purchased at the Symtik website are returnable for credit subject to the following conditions:
Returns must be made within 90 days of the purchase date.
Returned products must be in their original packaging.
Only products in new unused condition can be returned for credit.
Customers returning products are responsible for all return shipping charges to Symtik
Once returned tool(s) have been received and return approved, typically 2-7 days, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the approved returned tool(s) purchase amount.
Products returned for credit must be of current product design & specifications.
Used tools, special order, and nonstandard tools are not returnable.
 
Warranty returns are subject to the following return conditions:
All items must be shipped freight prepaid to Symtik
Items returned under warranty will be for exchange only, no credit will be issued.
Warranty replacements are subject to inspection for misuse prior to being replaced.
Obsolete tools returned for warranty will be replaced with a tool of similar value.
Special order and nonstandard tools are not returnable for warranty replacement.
Tools replaced by Symtik under warranty will be shipped back to you freight free.
Products returned to Symtik for warranty will remain the property of Symtik and will not be returned.
 
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
